Skills and Experience
It’s likely you’ll have more than 5 years experience of Digital Project Management from either a digital agency, ISV or digital-first client environment. You’ll be as comfortable managing backlogs and retros, as you are client expectations and communications.
This role would be best suited to someone who enjoys the autonomy and responsibility that comes from working in smaller teams.
Whilst you don’t need any development chops, you’ll certainly need to have worked directly with software engineers and digital creative teams, and be familiar with the full development lifecycle. Some experience working with Salesforce and/or SAP would be a plus.
We’re looking for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is a great communicator (written and verbal), and who’s prepared to take responsibility to solve ambiguity in order to deliver results for their clients.
What we offer:
A highly competitive package, together with a flat, friendly and progressive environment where we try to remember it's work and not a lifestyle! So, whilst we do have intense periods from time to time, we always remember the importance of being able to have a laugh (frequently at ourselves!)
The Digital Project Manager role is offered as full time and permanent; flexible working arrangements may be available - dependent on individual circumstance and experience.
Much of our client base is in the US and so you should expect outside of 9 to 5 work to be regular but always given back to you in paid time off.
In the first instance, please send your CV together with a quick note telling us why you think you're a good match for the role.
