Women in Marketing

At Wyoming Interactive we are strong believers that women should be supported and celebrated at each stage of their career. We are passionate in ensuring that women get the space to exchange insight, challenge assumptions, and support one another.

As such we have launched our Women in Marketing communities in SoCal, Philadelphia, London and Edinburgh with plans to take this further across the US. Join our inspirational group of women supporting each other at each level of their careers from graduate to CMO.

We began hosting these sessions in response to the moment our industry finds itself in. AI is influencing how ideas begin, how strategy is shaped, how teams collaborate, and how decisions are evaluated. For many of us, that shift is unfolding while we are still expected to deliver, lead, and make confident choices.

As a consultancy working closely with organisations navigating AI-enabled marketing environments, we see these changes play out daily. These conversations sit alongside that work. We felt it was important to create space to reflect on how this transformation is shaping the craft, the culture, and the leadership of marketing in real time.

We start the session with networking, a buffet dinner and drinks before moving into our roundtable session.

The sessions are conversational and guided by discussion themes rather than presentations. The direction of the evening is shaped by the people who attend having open conversations, offering help and support to each other.

Because attendees work across different functions and contexts, the dialogue reflects a layered view of how AI is reshaping marketing end to end.

We continue to host gatherings throughout the year, expanding to additional cities alongside virtual sessions that allow participation across locations and time zones.
